General Use Hydraulic Cement

The Magen’s Junction Apartments in USVI
The Magen’s Junction Apartments in USVI is a project we couldn’t be more proud to be part.
This two-phase project is one of the most modern & sustainable infrastructure projects of USVI. Phase one of the project features 48 affordable and hurricane-hardened apartments while phase two features 60 1- & 2-bedroom units, a fitness center, a common area, computer lab and trash chute on each floor. Both buildings were constructed using Argos cement through our ready-mix clients, Heavy materials and Ortalis Concrete.
St. John´s Harbour Port Expansion
The government of Antigua and Barbuda has reached the final design to transform the St. John’s Harbour redevelopment project.
The government said the port is now at approximately 87% completion and represents the single largest public sector investment undertaken by any government in history. The St. John’s Harbour began construction in 2018, and construction of the port continued throughout the COVID-19 pandemic. After completion, it will be the only Eastern Caribbean port that can simultaneously berth five cruise ships and three container ships within the same harbour.
